Terms of Service
Last updated July 11, 2026. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Who we are
SolidQR is operated by SolidQR, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("SolidQR", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between SolidQR, LLC and you. Questions: support@solidqr.co.
What you're buying
A dynamic QR code is a one-time purchase ($4.99, or more with a personalized address or custom design). It gives you a QR code pointing at an address on our domain, and the ability to change where that address redirects, at any time, for the lifetime of the service. Unlimited scans. No recurring charge is required to keep it working.
Pro analytics is an optional subscription that adds detailed scan analytics. It is a separate product: it enhances your codes, and it is never required by them.
Static QR codes made with our free generator are yours, free, no account. They encode your destination directly and involve no ongoing service from us.
The founding promise
A printed SolidQR code never stops redirecting because of a billing event. Canceling Pro, ignoring every upsell, or never spending another dollar with us will not deactivate a purchased code. Your code works for the lifetime of the service. Exactly two things can stop a code, and neither is about money: abuse (see "Acceptable use" below), or you deleting your own account (see "Deleting yourself" in the privacy policy).
Refunds: 30-day money-back guarantee
If you're unhappy with a one-time purchase for any reason, refund it yourself from the dashboard within 30 days (instant for lightly-used codes), or email support@solidqr.co and a human will handle it. A refunded code is deactivated and its address retired.
Pro subscriptions can be canceled anytime and run to the end of the paid period; we don't prorate partial periods. Canceling Pro never affects your codes. Only the analytics go dark.
Deleting your account is not a return: self-deletion carries no refund, for one-time purchases or for the remainder of a Pro period. If you're inside the 30-day window and actually want your money back, ask for the refund. Don't delete yourself to get it.
Your address on our domain
Personalized addresses (like solidqr.co/yourname) are licensed to you for the lifetime of the service, not sold as property. We may reclaim an address only for: abuse (see below), a valid trademark claim by its rightful owner, or a legal order. If that ever happens to a code you bought in good faith, we'll work with you on a replacement and make it right. If you delete your account, your address is permanently retired, never resold: nothing you printed can ever be redirected by a stranger.
Acceptable use
Your code must not point at phishing, malware, fraud, content that exploits minors, or anything else illegal. We scan destinations for abuse and we act on reports. If a destination violates this policy, we disable the redirect and show a notice instead. This protects everyone who scans, and it is the only reason a paid code stops working. If we get it wrong, email us and a human will look at it. To report abuse or make a trademark claim, use the process at solidqr.co/report-abuse.
What we promise about uptime
The redirect service is engineered to be boring and durable, and its continuity is the core of this company. That said, we can't lawyer-proof physics: the service is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we ever wind the service down, we commit to giving customers at least 12 months' notice and a migration path for active codes.
The usual legal mechanics
You must be able to form a contract to buy from us. You're responsible for the destinations you point codes at. To the maximum extent allowed by law, SolidQR, LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date; material changes to what you bought won't apply retroactively to existing purchases.
